Waypoint #FindYourWay Campaign Encouraging People To Get Outside
Written by Staff Writer
WE’RE HERE TO SOLVE A PROBLEM AND PROTECT A WAY OF LIFE
With the rise of technology, the respect and knowledge for the world outside our screens has suffered greatly. The world is changing. Children grow up knowing clickbait instead of live bait and hashtags instead of hunting tags. We have become out of touch with the very natural ecosystem in which we belong.
This is why Waypoint was created.
We strive to use the new mediums and devices which connect the world to get those who are on the grid back off the grid. The very devices that are destroying the industry are the same tools that we are using to save it.
We’re on a mission to educate, equip, and empower a new generation of outdoorsmen. Help us make it happen. We want to see how you FIND YOUR WAY to get outside! This is why we created the Waypoint #FindYourWay campaign that we will be launching monthly.
here’s what you do:
While you are out snap a picture trying to imitate ONE of these photos below. Try your best to make it look like the same exact shot, same angle and same pose.
Tag us in the photo and use the hashtag #FINDYOURWAY
See which photo below best suits your passion:
As you gear up to for your best hunting season yet. Get a friend to snap this shot above you in preparation for fall, try and copy the exact angle and pose. This shot comes from Mike Mancl on The Breaking Point. Tag & follow @waypointtv.hunting #findyourway for a chance to be featured on our page.
Grab a friend and try and snap a shot similar to Tom Rowland and Chasten Whitfield as he helped her land her first Permit. Try and take the same shot and stance! Watch this episode in action on Saltwater Experience. Tag & follow @waypointtv.saltwater #findyourway for a chance to be featured on our page.
Aim your trophy right at the camera to replicate this amazing shot from angler/photographer Will Taylor. Listen to his podcast and many more on the Waypoint Outdoor Collective. Tag & follow @waypointoutdoorcollective #findyourway for a chance to be featured on our page.
We are excited to see all of the ways the Waypoint tribe is getting outside and FINDING THEIR OWN WAY!
